Chang Pickled Garlic
The young garlic bulbs are pickled by keeping them in a mixture of vinegar, salt, spicy ingredients and sweetening agents.

Garlic 50%, Water 42%, Salt 4%, Sugar 3%, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Metabisulphite) SULPHITE
