If you do not freeze it, shelf life is up to 14 days.
Reheating instructions:
- Microwave - 30 seconds or until soft
- Toaster - Thaw then toast for 5 minutes
- Pan Grill - Thaw then grill for 2 minutes on each side
In the late 80s, Eng Bee Tin was the first to introduce modern hopia flavors starting with the world-renowned "Hopia Ube". In 2019, there are more than 25 different flavors and variations of the Hopia introduced by Eng Bee Tin.
