1 Roll meat, poultry, shrimp, fish or vegetables in tempura butter mix or flour and coat evenly.
2 Dip the prepared food into mixture of one beaten egg with 2-3 tablespoons of water and a dash of salt.
3 Roll in bread crumbs until well coated and fry in hot oil at 170ºC until golden brown.
