Tsukudani nori seaweed paste is nori that has been boiled with soy sauce, mirin and sugar. Most famously served with rice but would also compliment pasta very well as a sauce.

Dried laver (41%), soy sauce (water, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, salt), glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup with sugar, flavour enhancer: E621, bonito extract (FISH), tamarind seed gum, colour E150A, scallop extract (MOLLUSC), flavour enhancer: E631, agar (red algae), flavouring, flavour enhancer: E262.
